• Return the damaged item to us as instructed in our response.

Refund & Exchange Process

• Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will process a replacement if available.

• If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping charges).

Shipping-Related Issues

We are not responsible for issues caused by shipping companies. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
